At Your Nest Quest, we believe a home is something you feel, not just something you view. We’re a small, independent Edinburgh letting agent created for tenants who want to be treated with kindness, honesty and care.
We don’t rush people through doors or push decisions. We take our time, listen properly, and help you find a place that feels right — somewhere you can settle, breathe and call home.
We know life doesn’t always run nine to five — and neither should viewings. That’s why we offer relaxed, unhurried viewings during the day, in the evenings, and at weekends.
Our viewings are often one-to-one or in very small groups, giving you the space to explore the home at your own pace. You’ll have time to imagine your life there, ask questions, and really get a sense of whether it feels right.
Wherever possible, you’ll also meet your letting agent in person — a friendly face who’s there to help, not hurry you along.
All our homes are let under a Private Residential Tenancy (PRT), supporting longer-term living and security. We take time to understand you — your plans, your pace, and what truly matters in a home.
By carefully matching tenants and properties, we aim to create tenancies where people feel comfortable staying, not counting down the months.
We keep everything simple, transparent and fully compliant with Scottish letting regulations — no hidden fees, no surprises, no confusing jargon.
