What’s included in the Let-Only service? Let-Only includes advice on presenting your property, advertising, tenant vetting, lease preparation, guidance on legal and safety requirements, and a professional handover to the tenant.
What does Full Property Management cover? Full management includes everything in Let-Only, plus rent collection, maintenance coordination, compliance management, regular inspections, and ongoing tenant support.
How do you select tenants? We carefully vet applicants and focus on finding tenants who are a good match for your property—aiming for long-term stability and tenants who will treat the property as their home.
Do you help with Scottish rental law compliance? Yes. We provide clear, practical guidance on Scottish rental requirements and help ensure your letting is set up correctly and managed professionally.
Let-Only: fee equivalent to one month’s rent
Full Property Management: 8% of the monthly rent
