All our tenancies are Private Residential Tenancies (PRTs), in line with Scottish legislation. We make sure everything is explained in plain English, so you feel informed and reassured.

Step 4: Moving In With Confidence

Before you move in, we make sure:

The property is legally compliant and ready

Your deposit is lodged with an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme

All paperwork is clear, accurate and easy to understand

You know how to report repairs or ask for help
